The order was placed on the 9th. It was supposed to be sent with Taxydromiki Courier and to arrive in 2 to 5 days. On the 12th it finally left the warehouse and started its travel. It visited every country from Poland to Greece and with several stops on the way. On the 15th it was in Slovenia, resting for a couple of days, so I wrote an email asking to see if there was anything Lymeherbs has to say about the parcel actually not arriving in the next day. I received a reply on my email on the 19th, telling me that they asked the Courier, and on the 20th that the parcel left Romania. There was never an email explaining why there was such a big delay. I will never buy again from Lymeherbs.

You did not receive any information from us because the courier did not provide status update. We should have informed you about this. We apologize for this mistake on our end. We send many parcels and despite our best efforts such delays may occur. Unfortunately, we do not have impact on couriers' work. On our side we can only offer more shipping options so that the client can choose another courier if he or she is not satisfied some particular courier. Such situations unfortunately occur with every courier.

According to the tracking information from UPS the parcel was delivered since 15th of February. If you haven't received your parcel please contact us at contact@lymeherbs.eu.

obrigado pelo seu comentário. Nós entendemos sua frustração. No entanto, observe que o pacote foi enviado no mesmo dia após recebermos o pagamento. Não temos impacto em atrasos causados pelo correio. Neste caso você escolheu Polish Post, que é a opção de envio mais lenta. Muito provavelmente você receberá seu pacote dentro de uma semana.
